Excellent service experience. Service writer, Dean Decker, was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was completed before the promised time. Shuman and Dean Decker communicated via email, reminding me of my service appointment and emailed me when my service was completed. Very efficient.

I was contacted Tim Dalsasso, our salesman whom listened to my needs and researched their inventory for the best deal on a Black Friday event. I needed a car in two days, and had to act fast. Tim identified the best car based on my needs with not only the best lease price, but with the most value. Tim understood my needs exactly, and with the sales staff, had my sales agreement pre-populated before I arrived at the dealership. Once there, Tim provided multiple options available to me. After ensuring all my needs were met, the finance team worked with me to complete the deal in an extremely efficient manner, taking the time to explain all the paperwork.
