Chris Graham worked over the phone with me to set up an appointment. I knew I needed an oil change and he checked my records and noted that I also was due for a tune-up and a transmission fluid change. Chris was able to get me into the dealer the very next morning so I left the car there late the night before. I asked for the car to be ready by 4pm so I could avoid rush-hour traffic. They over-achieved and it was ready by shortly after the noon hour. I picked up my 9 year old mini van, all freshly washed, and went home a happy camper.
