I returned my 2015 Cherokee and re-leased a new 2019 Cherokee. Veruy similar cars, but got the sunroof and moonroof with the new one, and paid less money for it! Sweet! Mike Yezak was on point, very informative and quick. He knew what I wanted and got it done for me, quickly.

I brought my 2017 Jeep Patriot to the service department yesterday (Friday), and they found a PTU leak. My husband and I had plans to travel to Tennessee for our one year wedding anniversary in two days. Dean Decker, Joe Vella, and assistant manager Chris and crew went above and beyond to complete these repairs by Saturday! Absolutely amazing! I have never been treated with such excellent customer service. I have great respect for this service department and everyone who helped me out during this stressful situation. I cannot thank you enough! I feel completely safe now taking my Jeep to Tennessee!

Well, funny story, I wasn't planning to buy car at this dealership. I was heading to different one to do a test drive of car of my dreams. I stop by just because my friend was looking for a Dodge. Turns out that his dream car was a car ordered by some one (that's small problem, all dealers are putting all the cars on web, even those not available), and he couldn't test drive it. He asked for a quote anyway. However, I saw that his quote was better than my qoute from different dealer from the last trip. I asked for a quote for my Charger 392 and it looked very good. I pulled the trigger... Next day my friend agreed on Challenger 392... Two days later two 392 muscle cars left the dealership ;)

Shuman was third dealership I visited, Jonas was my salesperson. He's " all about the customer" , asked many questions, not standard " what brings you in ?"
