Two recent visits to Shuman for oil changes for our Town and Country and Jeep, Tim Ferrin went the extra mile and recommended warranty work for an issue I had no idea was occurring. Clearly he represents the ideal advisor, and should be commended for his attention to detail.

Came in and got two cars on the same day from Anthony Babby. The experience was easy going, fast, and there were no hassles. I gave the five star rating heavily dependent upon the fact that I just picked up a new car but my experience consisted of so much more. Jonas, the dealer that helped me, was a great person all-around. He was extremely friendly with me as soon as I walked in the door along with my dad. We had been bugging him about the challenger a few days prior with many questions. When the day came, he could not have been any more helpful. Great experience, would buy another car.

I just leased my third vehicle from Mike. He made the entire process smooth, quick, and affordable. Mike was quick to respond to all of my emails and calls. Finding the exact vehicle I wanted was a such an easy experience.

What can I say? These guys know what they’re doing. A couple hiccups with my purchase but that’s to be expected sometimes. Either way, definitely a dealership I’d recommend and the salesman makes the buying experience enjoyable. Very hard to say about buying a car but I’d do it again if I needed to with Shuman. My newfound friend brought up to my attention if there was anything we could do to make my trip to Shuman worth a perfect score, and I do realize I made a mistake in my review and gave a four star to pricing. Now to touch up on that. Yes, some of the cars are a little overpriced. But when it comes down to it, isn’t every car overpriced on todays market? The way these guys sell, from what I was told is they use a website where they put in the vin of the car, click on a bunch of accessories, and they can see every car for miles that’s similar to the one they’re selling and they price their cars lower than competitiors and it’s true. I was between this one, or a 2009 SE that was all of maybe 2000 cheaper here for a good 6 model years newer and comparably the same mileage. At least they got me into the monthly I wanted to spend. Again, thank you all for all the hard work you do working for us customers to make this such an enjoyable experience. Me and my girlfriend when she’s out of here Chevy lease, are coming to shuman. She just wishes you guys sold new Chevys.

I would go back in a minute. Mike was so easy to work with and didn't pressure me at all. Most of the paperwork was done online which made things so simple.
