Our car buying experience started out by searching for vehicles on autotrader.com. We found a vehicle we liked online at Shuman Dodge in Walled Lake. We then clicked on the link to contact a salesman at the dealership. We then began speaking with a salesman named Earle Braley. After speaking with Earle and a bit of negotiation, we reached an agreeable price for both parties. We then took the vehicle for a test drive and decided to sign on the bottom line. After having the car at home for a couple days, we noticed a small issue with the car. We notified Earle and he called into the service department and scheduled an appointment. We dropped the car off and the repair work was done expediently free if charge. Earle was a pleasure to work with start to finish and we would recommend him to friends and family.
