Shuman is the only JEEP dealer for me!

Great customer service

We visited this dealership to shop for a new Pacifica for our family. Amy helped us with our experience. She bent over backwards trying to get us the best deal and was very responsive. Unfortunately we ended up getting a better deal somewhere else that they couldn’t match so we leased elsewhere. When my husband’s charger goes back next year we will be sure to shop at shuman with Amy to get another vehicle.

Going The Extra Mile!!

First off, Jordan in sales impressed me right away with his genuine interest and concern. From the moment I was greeted as if I was much more than just a customer on Monday, to the last moment he stayed almost an hour past closing on Thursday as I transferred music equipment from my 2011 Town & Country to my like new 2016 Town & Country, there was nothing but the utmost in courtesy, politeness, and a sincere desire to make sure I drove away satisfied and happy with my purchase. And the bonus is that I got more than the vehicle I wanted, I made a friend in the process! 😁 Our 46 year difference in age was transparent and nonexistent because Jordan is a mature and genuinely caring individual. He actually made buying a new car a fun experience, taking a lot of the stress out of the deal. And I can’t say enough about the 2016 Anniversary Edition of the Town & Country! For a fully loaded and immaculately spotless van with a little more than 18,000 miles on it, I feel I got a brand new vehicle at a substantial savings from the new Pacifica. Having driven the 2011 for 4 1/2 years, once I took the 2016 for a test drive, I KNEW this was the car I wanted. I was essentially driving a MAJORLY improved version of what I was already familiar with; not to mention the fact that this is a Certified Pre-owned Vehicle which passed the 125 point inspection. In other words EVERYTHING WORKS FLAWLESSLY!!! And the power, handling and smoothness of the ride is as good as it gets for a mini-van. (I personally like it better than the new Pacifica.) I also want to express my sincere thanks to Steve Smith in the business office for being such a wizard in making a miracle happen by getting me excellent financing under the extenuating circumstances of having negative equity in my 2011 T & W (which had 160,000 miles on it from the 28,000 it had on it when I bought it from Shuman in 2014). In short, these guys care. I really get that they have a passion for what they do and that it’s MUCH more about customer satisfaction than the “bottom line” or “business as usual”. At the end of the day, they’re on a mission to make YOU, the buyer....HAPPY! At 67 y.o., I’ve purchase and owned innumerable vehicles, and I have to say hands down this was the most satisfying auto purchase I have ever experienced. Thanks a million Jordan & Steve and all the staff at Shuman! You guys rock! And like Ahnold always says: “I’LL BE BAHHHCK” 😆👍 Craig Marsden

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER

I'll keep it simple. I went to this dealership with a price in hand for a JEEP. I pulled the price from their own website. When I went in the "Salesman" tried to tack on all of these extra charges over what was indicated. He was rude and impolite. He also tried to rob me on my trade in. Not a good dealership. They don't know what they are doing (or they do if you believe that robbing the customers is the experience you are looking for). I will not single out the "Salesman" because I believe that it is the job of the management to know if their employees are rude and trying to rip off the customers. In saying that I also feel that the management probably already knows this and is in favor of this type of activity.

Shuman solves the problem again!

Absolutely amazing dealership from sales to service. Garrett in sales is PHENOMENAL. I had an issue in service, Dean and Kendal fixed it immediately! Great service every time I’m here. Fast and friendly

Just upgraded my 2010 Dodge Journey to a 2016 Dodge Journey. Same great service as I experienced six years ago when I bought my first vehicle from Shuman Motors. Will be back again in six years.

Best dealer in the state of Michigan!!

From the initial visit to delivery of my Jeep Wrangler, Shumann made the process soooo easy for me. They kept me informed on when my Jeep was going to arrive without me even asking them about it. The pick up went super smooth. DJ Danzer, the finance director explained everything very thoroughly and made the paperwork process go very smooth. My salesman Mike Yezak kept me in the loop regarding delivery. At delivery, Mike was super informative about everything on my Jeep. He even told me to call him at home if I had any other questions.Joe Ziegler (General Manager) was super helpful and even sent me a picture of my Jeep when it came in on the carrier. You guys do a great job!! Keep up the good work!!
