GREAT experience with Garret and his high level of customer service. I stopped in Shuman with my brother-in-law who was shopping for a new truck lease earlier this year. I mentioned to Garret that in a few months down the road, I would be looking for a deal on a truck. He took my number and said he would be in touch. To my surprise, I received that phone call a couple of months after that encounter. After communicating for about a week via text, Shuman was able to make the deal I wanted. (At one point, Garret sent me a text after hours, apologizing for not responding to me earlier that day as he had gotten very busy. That level of service just amazed myself and my wife.). Garret was very thorough in explaining to me all options, he answered all my questions and concerns, and he was extremely patient and professional. When I stopped in to look at the vehicle, I had some extended warranty questions that Chris Quackenbush answered. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I even had a few more questions on signing day that he answered. (He also mentioned that he remembered me and my previous questions from a couple days back.) Financing was a pleasant experience also as Justin Davis explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. We will definitely be giving Garret a call when my wife's current lease is about to end. We believe we have found our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. Communication is number 1! Mike Weinstein, Tim and Gjon P. sure knows how to do that. I continue to come back with my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country with 227K miles on it because of these guys. They answered all my questions and made sure that I was happy before I left my vehicle with them. Mike kept me up to date on my repairs (open communication- great on the phone). Tim made sure that the last drop of transmission fluid (standard maintenance - Flush) was wiped clean (under my car) and Gjon explained to me how things went as planned (which made me feel great). Great job team!!!! The dealer service department is top of its class. Their new service area means less time I have to wait for my vehicle. I recommend Shuman Chrysler Dodge Ram to all!!
