My car broke down in my boyfriends driveway and Shuman was the closest dealership that I could get it towed to. When I arrived I was told that my car started perfectly in the parking lot and they didn’t know what I wanted them to do. I then stated that I still wanted my car at least looked at because I wouldn’t start for me, the AAA representative or the tow truck driver. The man that I talked to (I unfortunately don’t remember his name) was rude, disrespectful, and talked to me like I was an idiot. Then proceeded to tell me that he didn’t know how long it would take because “I didn’t have an appointment.” I called when I wasn’t given any updates on my car and I was told that I again “didn’t have an appointment so they will get to me when they can” but they drove my car around their parking lot and again he said that they “didn’t know what I wanted them to do about a car that starts and drives perfectly fine.” They only person who is worth talking to in this dealership is Mike Weinstein. He called me and texted me with updates everyday about my car. He was the only person who told me the reason why it took almost five days for me to get my car back, and he took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, what each part does for my car and why it needed to be fixed. The gentlemen who work in the service department should take notes of how he speaks to and deals with customers. The only reason I would bring my car back is the deal with Mike. BUT I will make sure I have an appointment since that was such a huge hassle, and I was reminded everyday that I didn’t have one.

This is our 3rd - 4th lease from Shuman. We have always had pretty good experience, but usually have a different sales person every time. We really enjoyed working with Nick Delsasso - he was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Worked really hard to research and find the exact color van we were hoping for, because he knew it was our top choice. He took a lot of time showing us all the features of the van and helped us get acclimated to everything, and assured us he would be there if we had any questions or problems once we took it home. Also, DJ was a great guy to work with as well - we signed off on all the paperwork with him. He explained everything, and did not put pressure on us at all to take any additional service packages or warranties.

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating to my midnight shift schedule. All my questions were answered very quickly. The whole process was very fast, I didn't feel like my whole day was wasted signing paperwork and waiting around for my vehicle to be ready to go. I am really happy with my purchase!
