Great service at Shuman! Love my car

Because I have always been treated so well in your service department, I plan on always buying cars from your dealership. At my most recent appointment for an oil change, Mike Weinstein once again was the guy who waited on me and Kyle K. was the tech who serviced my car. I was in and out in a very timely manner, which I really appreciated especially on that day! Mike is a very nice and friendly person and had no problem answering the few questions I had. Also, discussed possibilty of extended warranty for my seven-year old car. Thank you very much Mike and Kyle and Shuman!

DO NOT LEASE OR USE FOR SERVICE because of the manager

DO NOT LEASE A CAR HERE. This is by far the rudest manager of any dealership or any business I have ever came across. I manage over 300 employees and many managers, and if any of them gave a service to a customer the way I was treated by this manager name Chuck, they would be fired. I got a brand new lease and already had issues from the vehicle the day I drove it off the lot. Took it in to repair my heat the next morning, and the dealership kept the vehicle for a week. I was promised an auto start and heated seats to be installed after I got the car, but they installed a broken and messed up auto start and seat heaters that don't integrate with my touchscreen dashboard. The manager put me through a lot during this week. When I met with him today to just explain the situation, he explained to me that they got me such a good deal on a truck I shouldn't be complaining about anything. He stood their very stuck up and full of himself and ignored anything I said. He made it look like he did a favor for me by giving me a rental for a week from an issue his vehicle had. Halfway through the civil conversation, he walked away like a baby and couldn't complete a professional conversation. How Chuck is even in charge of anyone is beyond me. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership and I guarantee I am not the first person who had this horrible experience with Chuck. Your in customer service and need to understand that. Excited to see your response to this and the lies I am sure you will present.

The sales manager you spoke with has been part of our team for many years and has always tried to provide exceptional service to our customers. I’m sorry if he came across as rude, I’m sure this was not his intention. I would also like to apologize for the defective switch on your dash and that the issue was not caught before you took delivery. I was told we did replace the switch and it’s working as designed, please let us know if this is not the case. Unfortunately, the heated seat installation that was negotiated as part of your deal is not able to be controlled on your touch screen, a switch is used to control the heated seat operation. Again, it is our understanding both the heated seats and remote start are operating as designed, please let us know if you are having any issues.
