Great customer service
This is my second time I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership and both experiences were wonderful. The salesperson this time was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience stress free. I would recommend this sales person and this dealership to anyone. Their service dept is also very good. I purchased both cars as "certified pre-owned" and received the best service possible.

Very Pleased
I brought my Town & Country in for repair of my blind side sensors that were damaged in a rear-bump accident. In less than 30 hours the issue was diagnosed and repaired and I was out the door with 100% satisfaction. The service manager is very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Warranty repair
I had a problem with a speed sensor. Everyone was great and the work was done timely. Chris Graham was especially helpful. He was the best service advisor I have ever had.

Great
Both Tim and Mike were so helpful when a light appeared on my dashboard. I drove right up to service and they took me in immediately. Mike offered a dealer who specializes in handicap outfitted vans real close to Schuman which will definitely relieve stress as I need to sell my husbands van since he passed away in December. Each One couldn’t have been more helpful or polite. Will certainly refer everyone to Schuman.
