I would like to congratulate Chris finally my 1st time leaving the service department I have been over satisfied because usually when I leave service department I'm just average satisfied

Great Support

Third time making business with Shuman and Joe Nicles who provided a great support finding all different options which would fit my needs and my budge. By end of the day it was another great deal.

Although, It would have been helpful to know in advance that I would have to contact Sirius to regain a radio signal after the radio was replaced. Brendan was very good, too. Both followed through with what they said they would do. Very reliable;

Competitive Pricing, Easy Process

I had leased a Jeep from Shuman before and when it came time for a new one, I immediately thought of Shuman again. Salesman John O. was pleasant, honest, and followed through without delay once the deal was negotiated. He went above and beyond to make the experience pain free. He handled all the paperwork without me having to waste my time by coming into the dealership to wait around forever while everything is completed. All I had to do was show up and sign. Thanks, John! Very friendly, professional and thorough and helpful.

This dealership was very concerned about the safety of driving my wife's car. They handled the recall in a professional and timely manner. We were offered a loaner car while the work was being done which was very helpful. Employees were great.

Ten years of Service.

I leased my current Jeep with this dealer in 2007....I purchased the car from them and it is still in wonderful shape. I trust them with my car for not only safety reasons...but I also feel that I am getting the best advice on what has to be watched or addressed for future service. This has been a great help to me. The service department has always been very good at not only explaining what had to be done but also in getting it done for me as soon as they were able.... I will always deal with them for Jeeps ...

Service rating

I had a great experience with this dealership. Starting with Jim in service getting me an immediate appointment the same day I called. I met Chris Graham who explained the additional work that needed to be done with my left rear driver-side wheel. May I add that I started at Belle Tire for this 60,000 miles check up. It was going to be a 6-hour wait. I doubt Belle Tire would have found the issue with my tire. Chris told me the wheel would be there the next day and it was. My service experience was fantastic. Great experience in service dept

Always such a positive experience with the service department -- Mike W is exceptional!! Always takes good care of me and my vehicle, always has me in and out! Explains any extra service that would need to be done (if any). We service all our vehicles at Shuman!

Amy luoma is the best

How to start Amy went out of her way to get my son the best deal that fits his needs even that he did not even know waht kind of car he wanted to get he ended up with a charger ( might have to take it from him ) Amy even held the car for us because I was out of town when I am in the market for a new chrysler product Amy is the first choice to who I am going to go to she treated us like famaly even talking my son out of getting another ram because she did not feel like that is waht he needed grate job Amy
