Brake booster water shield recall CSN1

Gave very good feedback on what other items need to be fixed. Explained what problems could happen if they are not taken care of and gave estimate of what the cost would be to repair.

Service Visit

Had a screw in my tire, called and scheduled an appointment same day. Was told to come in and they would fit me in. Took about an hour which was very acceptable. Service staff is very friendly and helpful. Dean Decker did a fantastic job fitting me in and getting me back on the road in a very timely fashion!

Great!

This was not my first experience with Shuman. I purchased a 2013 Town in Country for my wife a few years back. Mike Yezak worked for me and meet all my expectations. I shopped at multiple dealerships and Shuman was the best. Earlier this year, I decided to go back to Shuman to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. Again, Mike patiently worked with me and meet all my expectations. Mike understood what I was looking for and my budget I wanted to stay within. I shopped pricing at several Jeep dealerships and Shuman was able to beat all other dealerships prices. I recommend Shuman and I will most likely purchase my next car from them.

Great Experience- Flawless

We have bought several cars through this dealership and then our sales person left. We tried to make a deal with them last year with one of our other vehicles but the experience was the same and we couldn't come to an agreement on price and vehicle. We tried a different dealership and while it was not bad, it wasn't the greatest experience either. We were looking to get our daughter out of her lease early due to being very over miles and 5 more months left on her lease. We had a dealership quote us "too good to be true" figures. They were over 50 miles one way away. My husband suggested that we reach out to Shuman again to see if we can't find a salesman that we could trust and work with. Not only did Tim meet this need, he exceeded on every level! We told him exactly what we wanted, what we had to work with, what we expected and he made each request come to fruition. No pressure, no smoke and mirrors or bait and switch. We have now found our "new" salesman at our local neighborhood dealer and couldn't be happier!

Garrett Vizzini was Awesome

Our family has leased several cars from Shuman but the salespeople we dealt with have gone elsewhere and my Dad was pricing cars from GM due to OnStar. We walked into Shuman on Monday night to arrange for the end of lease drop of our Town and County Van. Garrett just happened to be at the counter and was helpful. He asked, without any pressure, if we would like to price a new Pacifica. Garrett was personable and informative. He priced out a lease of the vehicle and actually listened to how my Dad wanted to see pricing. By the end of the evening we had a deal. But Shuman's customer service did not end there. An issue arose (and they always will) regarding the trim level needed for the Chrysler Customer Assist. Garrett was transparent in communicating with us and went to work finding the color we wanted at another dealership. Even better, when the dealer trade could not be completed on my time frame, he completed the deal at our home. I could not be happier with our deal or the service w e received from Garrett. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Tire pressure issue

Turn in existing lease for a new lease

I leased a Jeep from Shuman in 2014. My lease was ending and I came to Nick to discuss leasing a new car. I am a college grad paying off student loans. I wanted to get a car that was big enough to fit all of my sports equipment and fit my price range. I ended up with a Jeep Compass and I am very happy with my purchase. Nick showed me all of my options available within my price range and was very patient answering all of my questions throughout the entire process. I would recommend Shuman to anyone and a few of my friends have been extremely happy with their purchases as well.
