Our salesperson, Joseph Clement was very helpful in helping us find exactly what we wanted. He was very friendly and made the whole experience go smoothly. The dealership also gave us a choice of financing options and explained everything in detail.

Bought a Used Car, Nice experience

Nice sales experience, not too pushy on extras like warranties, etc.. Vehicle was clean, in decent condition and came with 3 month-3000 mile limited warranty. Earle went the extra mile to get me the price I wanted. Interest rate was fantastic, and they did a little extra work to find that. Pleased with my purchase. Service department needs to be more attentive, they missed a few things that were called out several times. Sales department and manager have been good at trying to make it right. Overall good experience.

Grreat experience

We had warranty work performed on our Pacifica. It was done quickly and efficiently and as always our dirty van was nice and clean when we picked it up. What a nice touch!

Both the New vehicle sales and service were excellent.

Been purchasing New Jeeps from Tim D'Alsaso for a dozen years. Dean in service went above and beyond to accommodate me. Mike was also extremely helpful. I would recommend both ends of this dealership.

Service department

I brought my journey in today for a recall and have my GPS looked at again. Mike Weinstein had set my appointment up for me two days prior. Telling me it would only take 1 1/2 hours. He was true to his words.He took the time to listen to my concerns about the GPS.He was thoughtful of my time when getting back to me about what he found out about the GPS. Check Engine Light Issue

Check Engine light came on. I have worked on cars for many years, not as a professional but a knowledgeable Mechanic. Do the research and then if I determine I can do it in my garage I will get it done. Dean Decker, my service advisor, was straight forward and up-front with the possible cause of the check engine issue. I totally agreed with his assessment so left the Jeep Renegade to be taken care of. It was done in an amazingly fast time frame! I was expecting a two day time frame but was called to come and get it after only 6 hours! They have a great team here!
