I had been to two Jeep dealers before I got to Shuman. Both of the other two dealerships were just an awful experience. When I called and talked to John, and then went in to see him, he reassured me things would be different here, that Shuman was a family run business and they really did whatever they could to take care of the customers. John not only got me the price point I wanted (that the others dealers basically laughed at me for) he actually got me more features then the other dealerships were offering. From selecting the car, to financing everything was done with my interest in mind and as quick and painless as possible. What really blew away my expectations was how they handled a delivery situation that was 100% not their fault and out of their control. However, it still left me in a less than desirable spot. Yet, when I came to pick up my new vehicle, John and the Shuman team, took care of the problem, made the issue their problem and now have a customer, and advocate for life. They could have easily said "not our problem" and just left me out in the cold. But they didn't they followed through on their initial promise to take care of the customer. Thanks John and thanks Shuman.

A few concerns people have about taking their vehicle to mechanics is whether or not the issue will actually be resolved, timeliness of repairs and if the people servicing/repairing your vehicle will recommend services/repairs that you don't really need, especially if you happen to be a female. After working with Mike Weinstein to fix the issues with my mother in laws van, I no longer worry about any of the above mentioned and would highly recommend Shumans service department for your mechanical needs. Erik K, the technician that repaired my mother in laws van not only did a phenomenal job but also in a timely manner which prevented me from spending more money on a rental car. Erik found the problem and attempted to resolve the issue prior to replacing parts while replacing only the very necessary parts to complete a quality job while saving my mother in law several hundred dollars. Friendly service did nothing but enhance my experience. Again, I would highly recommend Shuman for all of your service and repair needs.

Worked with John Ormsbee on a lease to replace a lease turn in. He did a great job in getting a lease that was affordable. Would definitely recommend Shuman Chrysler!

He helped me to learn all of my options, and went above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service. Service Advisor Chris Graham was very helpful. He listened as I explained what was happening with my vehicle. He then told me what he thought it might be and how long it would take. I appreciated his taking the time to explain. He is very knowledgeable. I'm so happy with the service department and the service technicians at Shuman Jeep Chrysler.

Earle Braley was very helpful in finding me the van that I was looking for at a price that was fair. I would recomend others to give him a call.
