Easiest experience I've ever had. You go to dealerships thinking you're going to be played but not with this one (TIM). Tim was early to work and was standing up front when I walked in (my other car was in the shop) and I asked if he could assist me because I was sick and tired of my car (owned vehicle). He was friendly and didn't try to push me into anything. He asked what I wanted. I told him. It happened. The process was smooth and didn't take hours like most car exchanges typically take. I would highly recommend him. I would also encourage management to have him train other staff. I've tried purchasing and.or leasing from other sales people at Shuman but the experience was rough and lacked effort (never bought or leased from here prior to today and with TIM). Tim knows what he's doing and how to do it. He's the reason I will return to Shuman.
