I got an appointment for diagnostics and arrived on time After an hour and a half I inquired how it was going. I was informed that nobody had looked at it yet! It would be another half hour before someone could get to it. Not awesome

My wife and I have been married 24 years. We have ONLY owned Toyotas. This Tacoma was the 13th or 14th Toyota we have purchased. Ian was THE BEST salesperson we have ever worked with….PERIOD! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient, and so on! It doesn’t get any better. When my wife is ready for her next vehicle, we are calling Ian!!!
