I have very mixed feelings about this dealership.
I have very mixed feelings about this dealership. I love the car, the dealership quoted a very reasonable price and gave me a very good trade in value. However their email system is a disaster, every time the salesman sent an email it was from a different email address, and return emails never got to him. He was never available at the dealership phone number and I had the feeling that their standard response was to tell me he was with a customer. Once I got his personal email address and his personal cell phone number communications improved dramatically. We had a 5pm appointment to pick up the car. Prior to that appointment we had already agreed on price and trade in value and told them we would pay in cash. A closing process that seems like it should have taken a few minutes took more than 3 1/2 hours, mostly sitting at a table waiting. End result was we took possession well after dark, outside in the rain. By that point we were all exhausted and anxious to get home, the salespersons explanation of the car was hurried and somewhat insufficient. What could have been a very fun and exciting buying experience was instead tedious, and then rushed at the end. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and friendly, the the dealerships processes were terrible.

Wasted my time.
Wasted my time. Sold the car I was interested out from under me before I could get there, told me they had another I could test drive, but by the time I got half way there, got a text that they wouldn't have the car available to test drive for several more hours. I'm a small business owner and time is money. Wasting my time is the quickest way to get on my bad side. I guess because it's a seller's market right now that they don't care about customer courtesy.
