Rowland was my car salesman at Arnie Bauer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the cars I was interested in. Very friendly guy. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy. He gave me all the time i needed to explorer all the cars I was interested in without feeling pressure. I also noticed him advising or giving advice to other salesman which was also cool. They over charge for a fuel filter and it was due to the lack of experience with the 3l diesel. I looked it up. The replacement should take anyone less then 15min and they charge me for a full hour. I think they are taking advantage CL

Every business runs into a problem occasionally. Allyssa took complete care and concern with our feelings in mind. She is tops in her field and found an identical vehicle immediately.
