I wanted to purchase a specific year and model used
I wanted to purchase a specific year and model used Sienna. I found it at Laurel Toyota. I traveled from VA to see it. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership! Right from step one everyone I dealt with was excellent. The salesman, Kelvin, did not employ any high pressure tactics, the sales manager, Kevin, was equally helpful and friendly, no pressure. There was an unexpected issue with the rear seat. When we called the service manager, Sterling, he immediately arranged to repair the seat. There was also immediate help from everyone we dealt with along the way. This includes Sterling P., Laurie G., Kat, LJ, and Angela in the cafe. I wanted to include the names of everyone who helped, sorry if I left someone out. The time we spent traveling was well worth it and when I need to purchase my next vehicle I will travel to Laurel again! I would suggest you do the same.

I WAS happy with my purchase of a CPO Tacoma.
I WAS happy with my purchase of a CPO Tacoma. I was having to add air every few weeks to most of the tires, so took it to local shop to me(dealer is 2.5 hours away). They showed me with soapy water and flashlight that the tires are cracked and leaking air between the treads. I contacted dealer multiple times explaining the situation and that these being leaking beyond repair is against CPO standards should have been replaced before leaving the lot. I took the truck to Sheehy, and not only did they try to sell me a tire, but insisted that they are not dry rotted. I have over a decade experience in the Auto and Tire industry to know that is total BS and disrespectful to ignore a safety concern of a customer. (Before even bringing the truck, I sent video of the tires leaking to multiple Managers, and was expecting to have tires there ready to be installed, which they did NOT have on hand). After contacting Toyota Corporate Customer Service, my requests are STILL ignored and dodged by the dealership. Make it right Sheehy, this is totally unacceptable.

New corolla XSE 2023
Purchased a Corolla XSE 2023 in December of 2022. For six months I was trying to find a blueprint color XSE. I called several dealerships looking for this color but no luck. Ali the salesman found it for me he is very polite guy. I was so excited I love my new car also used car sales guy Kevin was so very helpful and it was pleasure working with both of them to purchase my new car. I will recommend your dealership.

1 star.
1 star. Period. First of all, the sales rep who helped me was courteous and helpful. So, this review is not about her. I asked for an offer on a car which she got. Then, I countered that offer. That counter offer, apparently, evoked the attention of the manager who proceeded to kill the deal. He came to my desk with the most negative sales opening in history. Rather than countering my offer, or, even explaining I'd gotten their best price, he berated me. My offer was insulting to the sales rep and again stated that the offer was insulting to the dealership. He was angry and wanted me to know it. I was keen to have a particular feature on the car (blind spot safety). The Manager wanted to know "why I wanted that feature." Asked "does your current car have that feature?" And, since my 2010 Toyota did not have that feature and I responded as such, he then aggressively said, "why do you need it now?" It was the most bizarre interaction, ever, in the 12 cars I've bought over recent years. One last zinger. I worked to stay calm in the face of these and other cutting remarks as well given his aggressive, super-angry communication, and said as conversationally as I could, "If you can't meet the requested price, just say so, we can go from there." His response? This is the real deal: He said, "Don't put words in my mouth." Jeez. Definitely time to pack it up and head out from this dealership and its distinctly disdainful customer treatment, misogyny, and rich sense of privilege. BTW, we were $1,200 off from each other. Maybe too far off for a deal, but not so far off to throw your potential customer out the door after a three-minute lecture. I bought my car from another dealer later in the day.

Car fully loaded (with junk fees and rude staff)
Probably the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. We had originally received an offer sent by the dealership via truecar to purchase an XLE Hybrid Rav4 Premium. The price was fair given the market at the time. Not only did they not have that vehicle- but the only rav4 hybrid they were willing to sell us was an LE in a different color for more than they offered on truecar for the XLE premium (2 trim levels below!) On top of that they tried to force us to buy their ridiculous VIP package. Which includes things like “oil changes” (which Toyota gives you for free for 2 years). Apparently the sales training they receive is that yelling at customers is the way to make a sale. I had purchased my prior car from sheehy. Never again.

Sheehy = Stay Away!
Sheehy = Stay Away!!! This dealer at Laurel will tell all the stories in the world and back tracks on what they say once you are in the show room. Zero transparency. DON’T shop here!!!! Pure waste of your time. Just don’t waste your time.

Went to Sheehy Toyota for a vehicle and Mr.
Went to Sheehy Toyota for a vehicle and Mr. Sam Michael helped us to get a RAVA4. It was a great experience with Sheehy as they including finance, Mr. Paul and sales manager Mr. Kevin Alder, were very supportive in closing the deal. This is my first car and definitely i recommend Sam to all my friends and relative. Thank you sheehy. You all did a good job.

Finding the car I wanted was all they did right. Customer service after my purchase was HORRIBLE! Listen to all of us saying the customer service is horrible, horrible, horrible!! I'm still suffering from the incompetencies of Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. Salespeople and management are not transparent, don't follow up, and are not thorough. Never again.

Horrible nightmare
This place is horrible nightmare to say the least. Extreme joke. Terrible customer service. The Staff are rude and very unprofessional. They don't answer the phone. When they answer after a thousand attempts, you can hear them laughing at the background like they were screening the calls. Very incompetent Technicians. Please DO NOT buy their VIP package. Waste of money and time. They loop you around to provide any services you have already paid. Sometimes they end up charging you for the services. I purchased my car here. I should have ran for my life during the purchasing process. I've had a bad experience during the purchase. The brand new vehicle engine has dies 4 times. They are still trying to get them get "the part delivered." They could not even tell me what the part was. I took it to Jerry's Toyota and it took them 1 hour to diagnose the problem and fix it. By the way. On the vehicle history, they had posted that they already replaced a new battery to my car. I regret ever doing business with this dealership.
