The required repairs were done well. This rating does not reflect the work. What it does reflect is the 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. If I had known about the surcharge, I would have used a check to pay.

I felt rushed and was never able to get an exact

I felt rushed and was never able to get an exact breakdown of what my monthly payment would be prior to signing the lease contract. I was unclear why I was not given $500.00 bonus that was emailed to me saying there was a bonus just for buying a new car.

I was a little worried about making my service

I was a little worried about making my service appointment on line. But I did and it was ok. Decided to go out to lunch (which required 2 cars) thinking the service would take forever. But it didn't. The service call was completed in an hour. And the car was even washed and looked like new. So lesson learned. Take only 1 vehicle. Wait patiently. Spend the $$ you saved on gas and go to lunch!
