William had patience with me and all my question. Very pleasant to work with. Jenkins Kia dealer has great people working for them. Everyone was respectful and very easy to deal with. Great place! I have been a loyal Kia customer for 19 years. My Kia lasted for 19 years and I have been to different Kia dealers across the country and Jenkins has the best people I have ever come in contact with! Wonderful experience.

I'm always treated so well at Jenkins KIa. Steven was especially helpful for me this time. He did a couple of things and taught me a couple of things. So grateful for his help! The service was excellent and everyone is so very nice.

Parker was the least knowledgeable person, and on top of

Parker was the least knowledgeable person, and on top of that, committed fraud with the finance company by providing references on my behalf that were completely made up. All he had to do was ask for them, but he would rather take other personal calls instead. Also, told us that the car we were getting was an AWD and it wasn't. While the GM Dave seems like a nice guy, keeping someone employed that has committed fraud leaves a huge blemish on their reputation. I know that car sales people generally aren't trustworthy, but this takes the cake since we brought the car back due to the fraud committed by Parker Maddox.
