William was excellent. Very thorough and explained everything. A tire repair was done at the same time of the service which wsas very helpful.

I’m happy with the thorough, quick service on my vehicle. The 40 point inspection gives me peace of mind.

My parents are in their 80's. They have purchased 3 cars from Kia in Crystal River. They get mail to come in and change the car's oil every 30 days. When they go there for the oil change they try to sell them a new car. That is why they are on their 3rd car with massive interest due. Today 2/14/25 they found a crack in the passenger window. I searched the internet and found that this is a common problem with the windows. They went to Kia to get the window repaired and Kia would not honor their product. Kia would not replace the defective window. I think President Trump should review what the company KIA and what it does to the older population. It's not right and I would NEVER purchase from this dealer.

All individuals at dealership were very helpful & courteous. Timmy Torres was helpful because I told him how much I could afford for a car & he worked with me & my daughter to reach that goal. I’m very happy with all the help & friendliness of Kia Jenkins.

Always a pleasant experience at the service department, especially with servie rep Dave Bushnell. Lots of familiar and friendly faces.

The staff were friendly and informed me of what needed to be done. The waiting area for service was comfortable and clean. The only problem I have is the vehicles on lot are overpriced.
