The staff, from start to finish, were the epitome of professionalism. I had never bought a Kia, only German vehicles. Therefore, I was a little reticent about venturing into unknown territory. Roger explained every nuance, differences in packages and trim, ensuring that I made an informed choice. I have not experienced that level of expertise at BMW or Mercedes. Jason touched on all points of financing, which made it a quick and easy decision. Carl reviewed the different advantages to the numerous extended warranty levels, also making it a smooth transaction. I ended up with a top of the line vehicle, with the right amount of coverage, and an excellent interest rate. All in all, the staff are an amazing group, providing me with the peace of mind that I made the best choice for my wallet and my family!

When I purchased my car back in October I noticed the oil change sticker on my windshield had a mileage on it that made the car overdue for an oil change. I spoke with the salesman and he assured me that an oil change had been completed. I received an email yesterday that stated my oil change was due at 60,000 miles. When I purchased the car it had over 62,000. Meaning the carsaleman lied. I drove my car almost 5,000 miles over the needed service and could have damaged my engine. I would not recommend this dealership because they are dishonest.

Great service department! They answer your questions, scheduling was done with ease and work done and vehicle was back to us in timely matter. We needed our brakes serviced and we weren’t pressured to have any additional work done.
