We had ordered an extra key for our KIA after a loss.

We had ordered an extra key for our KIA after a loss. They said it would take 5 days. It took 5 weeks. After making a service appointment, they programmed the fob but forgot to give extra key we had ordered. Did not seem like anyone in service department knew what was going on. One hour and a half later, we got what we needed. We were NOT happy with a simple task that needed to be done.
