Excellent service every time I go. Communication was good and car was done in a timely manner. While I waited I enjoyed snacks and drinks in the lobby area. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Going in with my Sorrento for an oil,lube and tire rotation, I mentioned that some indicator lights on the dash had stopped working. While waiting for the diagnostic results Devin said it would be a while longer and offered a loaner vehicle to go home and wait. Devin called a couple hours later and explained the problem, said to go ahead and keep the loaner overnight and pick up our car the next day. Great sevice! Thank you.

Overall, a good experience. I would have liked to have more off my Kia trade in, but I thought the deal was fare, especially with 0 percent interest.
