think wait time could be a little less for just oil change and tire rotation.they did tire rotation and next time i started car it showed low tire pressure. that should have been checked

It just so happens I was on my way to Jenkins Chevrolet because I had something in my tire and right in front of Kia the tire blew, I pulled in and my guy from Jenkins Chevy talked to the guy at Kia and they got me in and out with no problem and everything was perfect

Service for a warranty issue was exceptional. Devin took excellent care of me while I waited for approval of the repair. Took 2.5 hours,but he kept me posted. I happen to know the guys in the Parts Dept, they also made sure I was comfortable waiting as well. Ed even got water for my service dog Remington. Warranty work was approved and work was completed and we were on our way home. Spending the whole day at the dealership wasn't terrible.
