Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I am 81 years old and have purchased and sold a lot of vehicles. I bought 4 kias from Citrus Kia before Jenkins took it over and dealt with Dave who was general manager at the time . He was honest and very open to my questions and did not waste a bunch of time with the purchase which was done very quickly. It took hours and hours to purchase my Kia Sportage hybrid with Jenkins and I have not checked with carfax yet since it had 165 miles on it for some reason. All I can say is Jenkins Kia is about making money at whatever it takes to get the highest price. Sales man was all full of information and then when additional charges showed he could not explain them. I wanted a motorized rear rear door and was told it came FREE with sportage ex. then in finance $1500 was added to price of car. When I questioned it salesman could not give me reason and said mgr went home so I could not get any answers. I inquired how the rear door power lift worked and nobody could tell me I asked for a refund since I did not get any answers. They refunded cost but not the added tax . I traded my 2023 nissan rogue for the Kia. short version started with $21000 trade and raised price of sportage ex from $34000 to $41000. I declined it after many hours of hassle which I walked out of dealership they all of a sudden offered me $35900 for my nissan , I could not believe it, then I found out why they raised the price of the Kia from $41000 to $48000 just another money making trick. I will never ever go back to Jenkins Kia for any reason, service, oil changes, any maintenance , warranty etc. I will find a more reputable dealership.. I seriously considered a lawsuit but I am too old with medical issues to go through a lawsuit. There were a lot more issues with which I am not going into. All I can say it was an exhausting and disturbing way to sell a vehicle.

Very professional work on vehicle done in a timely manner

Very professional work on vehicle done in a timely manner will have all my service done with you.I bought my 24 kia soul from Ken Gangley but it will never go back there very satisfI'd with your dealership would recommend your to everybody .Your service department is out standing in everyway
