Patrick was phenomenal. He was very supportive and attentive, as well as understanding of the situation. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was actually a really great experience. He needs to know what an amazing job he did. He makes people feel comfortable. He was like having a conversation with an old friend.

Had low tire pressures on all four tires and took it in
Had low tire pressures on all four tires and took it in to Jenkins Kia and they inflated all four and also checked the tire for any problems.

This was my first visit to Jenkins. The only thing to mention is that when extras were done there was no quoting fees for the extra services promptly. Also, a little lengthy on the time quoted. Otherwise, they were all great.
