Devin was prompt and friendly, he was very knowledgeable

Devin was prompt and friendly, he was very knowledgeable about what I needed done with my vehicle! While he was super busy he still made me feel valued as a customer! I will definitely be returning to get my car serviced again!!

When called about the status of my car, no one knewn

When called about the status of my car, no one knewn anything about it. This is a common occurance now. Also, some service agents are a bit short. I think this is due to the busy nature, but they really need to think about how their responding before they respond. Also you need to wear name tags.
