All u were interested in was selling me an older car and

All u were interested in was selling me an older car and getting my car(which was a great deal for you)! I was told on the phone the trade would not involve a bunch of back and forth and that was true. The no back and forth took HOURS! However, I am STILL WAITING FOR MY CHECK THAT YOU OWE ME! Was told I would leave there with my money (check) in hand. The car I purchased took hours to clean up and was still anything but clean (strictly surface clean, at best)! If I had ended up owing u money; you would have collected it on the spot! I was not told til after all the paperwork was signed and finished that there was no check for me. I finally, insisted on a signed document that you do owe me money. Either, I receive a phone call and a check, (Overnight express) or you will be meeting with my attorney. This is a sad way for a dealership to do business and treat an 80 year old widow. My reason for trading down and driving a long distance (as I did) was because I rarely do drive and felt my newer car was being wasted. I came to you in good faith on the word of your office staff who told me they were in charge of helping me. Would any of you want your mother treated this way; I think not! I will be waiting 24 hrs at most to hear from you; regarding my situation! Sandra Reeves
