No Respect for the Customer

Very poor experience. Found a vehicle online I liked. I arranged a time to come by and see/test drive the vehicle a day in advance. Had an appointment at 3 pm. Arrived on time with a call to announce my arrival to Kaitlynne who arranged the appointment. Kaitlynne told me Rachel would be out soon to greet me. For the next 30 minutes, I waited through multiple discussions. First, was told that Rachel (sales rep) would be with me soon. Waited some more, got an email from Rachel to ask me if I was coming for my appointment. Waited some more, got a phone call from Rachel that she needed to sanitize the vehicle before bring it out to us. Then received another call from Rachel 5 minutes later and was told that the vehicle was on hold and I could not see it or drive it. Was provided no options, no apology, nothing! Horrible experience and total lack of respect for a customer's time.

My lease was up....not at a time that i was wanting to go...

My lease was up....not at a time that i was wanting to go to the dealership and couldn't go due to Covid-19. Jeremy Randolph and the team at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights made the transaction as easy and contact free as possible. The paperwork was done online except for 3 signatures at delivery. Yes the car was delivered and my old lease was driven away. I must say that I do prefer the person to person aspect of car transactions but due to circumstances they made it work just as well.

Amazing experience. Safe C-19 protocols. Brian found the best car at a great price and delivered the vehicle in 48 hours, in time for my daughter’s birthday. Brian set up the test drive, financing, document signing & delivery in record time, & made this car buying process so easy and stress free.

I couldn’t be happier. Tara Browning and Tim OConnor are the absolute best. I was very overwhelmed about purchasing a new vehicle and this was the best experience buying a car in my life. The car was even delivered to me by Michael Brown who finished the process and was also the best. I love my new car. I would never deal with anyone else but them. Great customer service

Paige looked at all the options and got me into a new vehicle I thought was out of my range. I had resigned myself to buying used but Paige knew all the programs and figured out a way to get my payments for a new Edge ST within striking range of what I was going to pay for used. Definitely recommend both Suburban and Paige.

Stood behind a used car purchase with great service.

We purchased a used 2014 Ford Focus from the dealers used car department. The car had significant and difficult to diagnose electrical issues that were not found during the usual car prep or on the Car Fax. The dealership was responsive, did their best to diagnose the problem, and provided a free loaner vehicle each time the vehicle was in service. It appears they finally found a difficult to diagnose problem and the car is running fine. We were very happy the dealership stood behind the 3 mos./3000 mile warranty. As problematic as the car has been, their service is great and we would buy another car from them again.
