He made the process super easy and we appreciated the quick tour of the facilities and especially how much time he took to explain all of the new features on our vehicle. Whilst the process was long because everyone is buying, I could tell Rachel was working hard to help us get in to the SUV we wanted with great low miles, very clean looking SUV. No high pressure sale situations or any other normal sales stuff. The location was friendly and very clean and sanitary with what seem to be hourly cleaning checks.
