Great service!

Jim is the consummate professional who truly cares about his customers. My wife and I have both have F150's and won't take them anywhere else for service. great team up front as well. Just bought a new F150 from Jim Belk and it was a very smooth and painless experience.

Very knowledgeable and personable

Tricked

At first my experience with Suburban Ford Used Cars was amazing, they got me approved and in a vehicle in a timely fashion. It wasn’t until I was rereading my contract, that’s when I had realized that they had lied to me. They knew I was young and was inexperienced when it came to buying a car and they took advantage of that. I was told that the repairs they did to my car during the inspection were going to be paid for my them, WRONG they charged me for it and charged me $400 more then they told me they had paid for it. I was charged a ton of warranty fees that they told me came with my car from the credit company that had financed me. Not even 2 days after having my car the air bag light came on, I immediately contacted my used cars salesman Mike LaRose he answered in a timely and appropriate fashion and sent me to the service department of New cars across the road. I went there that same day and heard nothing about fixing my car after that. I continued to call and got no response, I then told Mike LaRose about my experience and he told me to contact the head manager at new cars, I called and asked to speak to one and was put on hold for so long the call hung up. I would not say to not buy from this dealer because my used cars salesman did an awesome job, but would I would say is make sure you’re careful when it comes time to reading your contract or else you may be taken advantage of like I was, so thank you Suburban Ford for tricking me into signing for fees I was told I would not be responsible for, giving me a higher interest rate then we discussed and for ruining my first major purchase experience. I will now be working as hard as I can to pay my car off well before the end of my contract because I have no interest in paying for 23% interest, I also have no interest in paying more than double for a car that I was told a certain price for. So sincerely thank you to Mike LaRose in used cars, you were beyond the word professional and kind to me during this frustrating time. What I am not thankful for is I am not even 2 months out owning this car and I heavily regret doing business with Suburban Ford. Highly recommend bringing someone with you when buying from them especially if you’re young and a female. I would hate for anyone to be taken advantage of the same way or worse than I was.

Very friendly and professional dealership

As soon as we walked in the door we were warmly greeted by Derek Britton. He worked with us in a very honest , professional and friendly manner. We would highly recommend him. Honesty is number one with me and he nailed it.

Sold broken vehicle, long repair time

I purchased a used vehicle from Suburban Ford, that they did repairs on, and I was told it was fixed. The next day the engine light came on and I found components on the engine were broken and not attached correctly. I left a voice mail with the sales person Mike Larose and never received a call back. I got in contact with the service manager and he is getting my vehicle fixed, but it has now been 3 weeks since I dropped it off. Suburban Ford was dishonest about the repairs they said they originally did and the time it has taken to get my vehicle repaired is extensive. I'm glad they are fixing it, but it should have been fixed correctly before I purchased it as they said it was. I'm now going on a month without being able to drive the vehicle they sold me. I really don't see a reason why I would purchase a vehicle from Suburban Ford again.

Thank goodness for Manager Mike S. I had a problem with my 2015 Flex blinker/lightbulb. Service originally stated 3 or more days I would be out of a car, manager Mike took the time to listen to my issue, and he was able to get my car in and literally fixed it right there!! I am so grateful for the help and service from Manager Mike/Sterling Heights Surburban Ford...I pass at least 3 other dealerships to get the quality help from Sterling Heights Surburban Ford!! Thank you so much for your help!!

Great customer service, friendly and trustworthy

The service we received from Rachel, Terry, Brian and Caleb was amazing! Rachel was very helpful and friendly, but not pushy. We felt very comfortable working with everyone and we will definitely come back. We love our new vehicle.

sold me a lemon

Bought a car here for 16k. Three weeks later and my transmission blew. I had to get it towed and missed a day of work. there was 3k worth or repairs needed to the car. And its still having issues. All stuff that would have been evident when we bought the car. We were told the car was fine when we got it. The dealership refused to work with us. Don't buy a car here unless you want to get ripped off.
