Cheryl was great to work with

Cheryl not only has a great personality, but was very efficient as well. She is very knowledgeable about the financing of a new vehicle, which made for a completely "drama-free" experience. I would definitely suggest that you recommend her to complete your paperwork when you are purchasing your next car.

Great job

Joe Smith provided exemplary service. Had my car towed in on a holiday weekend. Joe got me in and out in a timely manner with a loaner car. Joe kept me informed throughout the repair process. He was quick, efficient and professional in the pickup process. I will only go to Joe from now on as my service advisor. He made the process very easy and stress free.

Great dealer

I love this dealership, friendly staff and Marcus was amazing. Brian the sales manager made sure that I was happy with my purchase. I seen Brian at the time I was looking at the cars til I made my purchase. You usually don't see the sales manager walking around checking on everybody. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.

Shelby Frazzitta was amazing to deal with!

Mark purchased my car and was fast and forthright

I wanted to sell my used 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid, had done my research online and traveled to several dealers for appraisals. Mark made me a straightforward and no-nonsense offer. Unlike some of the other dealerships I went to that day, I didn't experience dishonest tactics - i.e. starting offers that were embarrassingly low with time-wasting, gimmicky explanations that had no basis on market data. Mark Shama of Suburban came out of the gate with a very reasonable offer, and I returned later that day after shopping around because this first offer was the best offer. This is trustworthy behavior that I respect and appreciate, and worth a good review.

Great Leasing Experience

Had a great experience with Jim Belk finding the right Ford Edge for us, equipped just as we requested. Jim was professional, courteous, friendly and 100% honest. Showroom was welcoming, clean, and friendly. The transaction went exactly as explained and planned; delivery was simple, straight forward and on schedule. We couldn't have asked for more!

Good service

Jim does a great job. Only took him 10 mins to get all the info he needed from me. Got me set up in a loaner car. Kept in contact with me throughout the process. Definitely taking my car back to him again. Highly recommend him.

Superb service before & after.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Timothy O'Connor and Alex Arnold. As a single, elderly woman it can be overwhelming to purchase a car (the last time I did it was in 2004) but I actually felt very comfortable and had FUN!! The follow-up after buying the car was great - they didn't just "forget" about me. Tom in Finance made signing-my-life-away a whole lot more pleasant. Also, A very special Thank You to Mike Tears in the Service Department for fitting me in because I was already in your area (I don't live close to Suburban). I was actually going to buy from a Ford dealer that was much closer to me but after my experience at Suburban with these 4 gentlemen - Glad I didn't. Thank you Rosalie

Electrial Fire

John Toppi worked quickly with my sales consultant Matthew Drogosch to get me out of my lease into a new one due to a serious electrical issue . Which I know is difficult to do. I appreciate the concerns and listened to what I had to say. He even extended my car rental until my new car was ready. This team went up and beyond knowing I was frazzled and upset due to my situation. John also had went beyond his means to make sure the right things were happening and made sure I was getting an exceptional deal that both himself & my sales guy Matthew D were working together.Thank You!
