Repeat customer

The friendly atmosphere Cheryl, Jeremy and Alex created made this experience painless. Everyone was very thorough and helped me understand each step clearly. My second time leasing a vehicle here, will continue to return.

Great dealership

This is the 2nd time I have used this dealership with the same great outcome. The 1st time was for a lease and the 2nd was to turn in the lease and buy used. I never felt rushed or forced to buy anything and I have told friends and family to use them. I have a Ford dealership 10 minutes from my house but I chose to make the 40 minute drive again to Sterling heights and im glad I did. Jeremy did a great job.

The worst service

The worst service and attitude Big rip off and ignore me I didn’t Recommend it to nobody I cannot believe I had bad Experience or Treat with worst customer service ever in my life I’m Glad I did not fix my car over there

Friendly Service

Thank you for an easy and wonderful experience.

Matthew Drogosh did an amazing job arranging for my new lease. He made sure everything was ready and set up so it was a quick in and out visit. Any questions that I had were not only answered almost immediately but in most friendly manner. I was so happy with my experience with Matthew that I have recommended my parents visit them for their lease that is coming due as well. Mr. Toppi was also incredibly kind and helpful. He was so friendly and accommodating when I was first getting started looking for a new car. My conversation with Mr. Toppi in the beginning definitely was the reason I returned! It is a bit of a drive to their dealership and I was on the fence if I wanted to drive that far but the kindness and attention I received from Mr. Toppi made my decision easy. My transaction could not have been easier!!! I couldn't have been happier with the process. Thank you Matthew for all your help. You will see me for my next lease for sure! Looking forward to enjoying the next few years with my really pretty vehicle.

Sales

Hillary was by far the best sales person we ever worked with. She went way above and beyond to get us the deal we needed. We rented a car while waiting for our deal to go through and everyone in that department was awesome too

Worst experience ever

I have a 2016 Ford Focus, purchased 01/26/2016. After 18,000 miles, a engine component malfunctioned. This caused oil and coolant to be pumped into the cylinders. After repair, extra bolt was just left laying on the engine. The car now idles rough. I took it back, told them they left extra parts laying on the engine and it has loss power and rough idle. They then told me after looking at it that it was normal. Also, they did not bother to at least remove the loose nut still laying on the engine. I am not finished trying to get this situation handled but I can garuntee I will never buy a ford again after this. $20,000 doesn?t mean much to them once it?s off the lot just as well as the customer doesn?t mean much either once they have their money!

My first car buying experience - thumbs down

I went into the dealership after finding a car online that was a great deal. I went to the dealership the same day and found that someone had already put a deposit down so I was only allowed to drive it around the lot. Got a call around 4:30 the next day from Mario letting me know that the car was all mine if I wanted it. I knew that if I didn't act fast that this deal wouldn't last! I signed my life away on Saturday of the same week and thought the paperwork was done and that I could just come and pick it up on Monday. That was not the case, I had to submit a pay stub even though I was already pre-approved by my bank. I went to pick up the car on Monday and was told that the car had been inspected and cleaned and ready to go. That was mostly true except I found out a few days later that the hazard lights do not work and the outside temperature gauge was broken. The car also needed an oil change and the tires were low. So much for an inspection! I then waited over two hours to finalize the purchase even though I was told multiple times that it would only be 5 more minutes by multiple people. Got there around 5:45PM and didn't leave til' 15 minutes before closing time! My father and I complained to the manager and also threatened to leave and all I got was a measly coupon book for one free oil change even though I don't live anywhere close to the dealership. I also wish I would have closed my loan at my credit union instead of the dealership as it would have been a lot faster. I won't be back or recommend this dealership to anyone. EDIT: Found out that the damage that was reported on my CarFax report was cosmetically fixed but there is a wiring issue that was not fixed. The dealership has not reached out to fix the issue or offer to pay.

New truck

I had a good sales person brad feather he did every thing we talked about had no problems with anything i would recamed brad feather to go threw on all car sales at Subranb ford st heights..he won all my future business!!
