Review of experience with Suburban Toyota Scion

I recently leased a 2015 Rav 4. We now have two Rav 4s, the other being a 2009. Nathan Ross, the sales-person with whom I worked, was very peasant and helpful, and I did test him, changing my mind on several things along the way. I even wanted a different color at the last minute, and it posed no problem. He even set up the Blue tooth feature with my cell phone. I have been involved with SUburban Toyota Scion, for sales and service, for over six years, and Nathan continued the positive experience.

It was a pleasant experience and everyone left happy.

My buying experience at Suburban Toyota with Scott Tanke went very well. I did not intend to purchase a car that visit but after sitting down with Scott and going over all of our options, we decided to buy our Rav IV. Scott answered all of our questions, was informative, was not overbearing. I would recommend Scott to anyone that was interested in buying a new car. Finally we are very happy with our Rav IV, it is a very nice vehicle.

They treat you like .....

bad customer service and and no respect at all to customers .... Been there twice in six months , bought 2 cars ... But end up not happy , especially the used cars manager ..., I just don't know how they have someone like hom there .... He doesn't know what is word respect mean , and when I signed my paper work , went home and found 50 dollars extra on my deal , and when I asked why he said that was our deal , just doesn't make sense , u lie for 50 dollars ? Guys a customer that visit your dealership is there for you to make money so treat him the way he deserve , not your fake smile , that make him feel like you are treating him like a kid just show him the respect .

Purchasing a new car experience at Suburban Toyota

Sales person Scott Tanke was the first person I met when I purchased a new Toyota Corolla. He was very informative about all the information that I requested. There was no excessive sales pressure applied. All my questions were answered in a professional manner. I requested another day to think over the purchase and returned to finalize the deal the next day. Scott is a very professional sales person and I would recommend him to any people that I am close to. Also, I am very impressed with their facilities along with other employees of the business.

Suburban Toyota of Troy

I just bought my brand new Toyota Prius yesterday from Suburban Toyota with Mr. Nathan Ross as my car salesperson. We have 6 Toyotas in our family and this was the first time I bought from Suburban Toyota in Troy. It was an amazing professional experience with the sales man not being pushy at all. I have had interesting pushy experiences in the past with other dealerships and sales people. He answered all my questions patiently, and even picked me up from my home to finish the deal. He was very prompt and courteous throughout our encounters. Definitely recommend this place and this salesman.

Great dealership!

I had the pleasure of working with salesman Nate Ross. Nate was professional, and cared about my concerns with pricing and the ability to become qualified, and because of that he went above and beyond expectations in helping me get into my first brand new car! Nate did not pressure me, and was able to find me the perfect car based on my wants and needs, and my personality. Everyone treated me as if I mattered, and the otherwise stressful moment of signing all of the financial papers was not stressful at all! I recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, whether new or used.

Great experience

Checking in again to say Mike Goltz was extremely attentive in resolving paperwork with our BMV and we got our plate in record time. We are very happy with our car buying experience and our new Hybrid Highlander.

So far, so good

Mike did a great job. We arrived from out-of-state at 11:00 and left with our new hybrid at 3:30. Mike ushered us through the buying process smoothly, coordinating the test drive, trade-in review, negotiations, finance meeting, detailing, and vehicle familiarization with professional ease. When we ran into a glitch with our registration paperwork, Mike stepped up to the plate, working with our BMV. We look forward to many miles in our vehicle from Suburban Toyota.

Great Buying Experience With Kamil at Suburban!

Purchasing my new Scion FRS at Suburban Toyota in Troy, MI was a very pleasant and easy buying experience thanks to the friendly and knowledable help of my salesman Kamil Abdulllah! He went out of his way to help me finalize my purchase even with the odd work schedule that I have. Thanks to him and the staff at Suburban, my dream of owning a little sportscar has come to fruition and I am in seventh heaven every time I get behind the wheel of my new Scion FRS!
