Great experience with Leng Huang and this Dealership

Leng was great to work with and got me into a new car quickly. She also helped me sell my used car. I love my vehicle. I will definitely go back to her when I need new car next time.

Great experience at Suburban Toyota

I was shopping for a new truck and had been to several dealers in the area. My experience at Suburban Toyota was by far the best and, despite having the Toyota Tacoma near the bottom of my list at the beginning of my shopping experience, I was so satisfied with the knowledge, service, and ultimately the deal I was presented by Nathan Ross and his crew, that we ended up with a new Toyota Tacoma and are very happy with the results. They bent over backwards to provide us with our unique list of requirements and we will definitely start with this dealership when we are shopping for a vehicle in the future.

Fabulous Experience, Impressive Staff, Awesome Car!

If you want a great experience, quality automobile and best financial assistance, then this is the dealership for you. I am very pleased with how attentive, cooperative and informative all of the staff were during my recent visit/new lease -- especially, Cheryl Noda, Dennis Barrera and Stu (Finance Guy). This is my second car from Suburban Toyota and I'm pleased to say that I've "upgraded" to what I believe is a premium ride. Dennis and Cheryl made that happen for me and I couldn't be more grateful. The overall experience was fun and that's what getting a new car should be about! I was treated with respect, my requests were heard and followed through for me. Great Dealership, Outstanding Service

I went to Suburban Toyota, met with Nathan Ross a Sales person, gave great service, a good price on the new Highlander XLE, met with sales manager I was offered excellent price for my trade in, more than other dealers offered me. Nathan was very straight forward tried to get me any discounts that applied, was always accessible. They told that the car that I was interested will be in within a couple of days, and it did come in, they called as soon as it came, put a sold sign on it, without me even put a deposit, everyone was very professional, never felt like I was being hassled to buy, this is the kind of dealership I like to buy from. Plus they got me the best finance rate possible. I can't ask more than that from a dealership

Cheryl made my purchase fun!

I was a little nervous because I had never purchased the Toyota before. Little did I know I would have the experience of a lifetime. Cheryl made my purchased fun, fast and easy. She was so professional and courteous, there is no doubt in my mind I will be back to her again for my next Toyota purchase. I never thought that I could actually have fun making such a large purchase; but that was the case working with Cheryl. It was great leaving the dealership in the vehicle I really wanted. I understood how to use every feature thanks to her knowledge of the vehicle and thorough explanations of how everything worked. I'm ready to buy another one!!!

Service Experience

Got my Toyota Camry serviced today. I had a little miscommunication with the service adviser. I wish my adviser took time and explained a little more about the coupons and charges. Everything else went good.

Overall the experance was good.

the experance could have been more pleasant if Scott the manager would have been more customer friendly. He came across very arrogant, unprofitional and demeaning. We were on the verge of walking out, but we needed a vehicle ASAP and my son really liked the car. My wife and I have leased more then 25 cars including Laxis, BMW, Jaguir, Mercedes, Cadillac, and Toyata in the 30 years. In Fact I bought two new Toyotas from your dealerships for my two kids. We've never faced any manager who basically told us he did not care for our business, because he has met his end of the year sale target and has closed the books. On the contrary Nathan did a great job. He was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He answered all our questions and concerns. I will make sure to tell my family members or friends to avoid Scott if they Happen to come to your dealership. Hashim Yard MD
