Great experience at this delearship with Ms. Leng Huang

We were looking to buy a new car in April to retire our two older cars. When we walked into the dealership, this young lady, Leng Huang, greeted us warmly and quickly understood what we were looking for. She showed us the various options and analyzed the pros and cons for each one. We short listed two vehicles and test drove one. We were very pleased with the road test. Leng then explained and demonstrated the details of the various functions of the car. She was very responsive in finding out answers to questions that need clarification. What impressed us most is that she followed up with all pending issues proficiently. She was very diligent and efficient in getting paper works done. She is a go-getter! We had previously gone to several other dealerships, but this one, particularly Ms. Leng Huang, is outstanding!

Sales Experience with Leng Huang

It was my second time buying a Toyota RAV4 from suburban. In both times Leng Huang was my salesperson. My overall experience with Leng was very pleasant. Buying New Car Was Fun

New Car !

1st Toyota. Impresses with the sales staff & attention.

This is the first time buying a Toyota, I found my car on the internet & received a immediate call back, set up an appointed. When I got to the dealer, the car was in the lot with a HOLD sign on it. Nate (salesman) was prompt, courtesy, answer all my question in the dealership & when we took the car for a test drive. They held the car for me, for 2 day. When I wen to sign on the car, I was given a tour of the service area, was shown the car, so I could go over the car one last time. Then I spent about 30 min, with the finance person, who again answered all my question & never pressure my to buy any of the extra services.

Great Service

Working with Jay Edwards was a pleasure. Jay was kind, professional, and knowledgable. He was patient with my wife and myself. He took time to explain the process step by step. fast and efficient

No pressure at all. Fast and efficient. They understand how to make the purchasing process seamless. They were prepared each step of the way. Communicated well, understanding I am very busy and hard to reach.

Great Service

Working with Jay Edwards of Suburban Toyota was wonderful. I had been looking all over for a Lincoln MKX loaded; the model before the body change over in 2011. This dealership had one in great condition with a one time owner. Jay was helpful, kind and not pushy like some of those car salesmen are that just make you want to run out of the dealership. They ran my application on the previous day so that when I got there everything was taken care of and all the documents were ready to sign. I was in and out of there in no time! Very wonderful experience! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was informed that its their policy to not give used purchased vehicles a full tank of gas. I thought that was common courtesy for dealerships to give you a newly purchased vehicle on a FULL tank of gas no matter if the car you're buying is new or used. I got my MKX on a little under 3/4 of a tank :/ This in NO WAY reflects my experience with Jay though, he was awesome!
