Satisfied Customer

Five months ago, I leased a 2014 Sienna van from Suburban Toyota. The car was great, had a very nice ride and offered good gas mpg (22). I liked most everything about it but it was just too darn big. I could barely fit it in my garage and parking was really tough. So my first oil change was due and I needed to take it in anyhow so I asked my salesman (George Varughese) if there was anything he could do for me? I am happy to say we worked out a deal where I am now driving a 2015 Rav-4. I am very happy and George and team were great. We had a few laughs and they worked hard to crunch the numbers. Thanks George!!

Great Service, reasonable price

Great Service, reasonable price. They even have a mandarin speak employee to help chinese customer, which is a plus. And their AD on a chinese newspaper is a help as well.

Great Job!

Our salesman Ivan was great. He was very concerned we get the car that was right for us. He spent a great deal of time with us and made sure we knew how everything worked when we took delivery. Nice job Ivan!

Great Experience!

I bought a used 2011 Jeep Liberty from Garrett today. After letting me take the truck home for an overnight test drive, he spent a lot of time with my wife and I negotiating, then went out of his way to track down a spare key the morning I took delivery of the truck. I'm impressed!

Good experience buying 2013 Toyota Prius

I found the car that I wanted online and then went and test drove it at this dealership on the next day. Kurt was very friendly and explained everything clearly to me. The business manager was also easy to work with and made everything as fast as possible. My only few complaints is that after looking at the car more closely since bringing it home there are a few dings that were covered up that were not pointed out to me when I bought it. Also, an insurance adjustor that I know told me that the front bumper looks like it could have been in a very small collision, but the car fax sheet said that there is no record of any collision or repair work. This could be the fault of Carfax and not the dealership though. My other complaint is that there was no bargaining whatsoever, and I am not sure if I left money on the table by buying for the price that was listed. That is my fault though.

Good Experience

Customer Service is good.I felt this is one of the dealer which cares about customers. So far good, hope they continue the same in future. Kamil is really good at receiving. I really appreciate him.

Low price for new car

I bought a new car from the dealer which turned out lower to have a low price than surrounding Toyota dealers. The salesman is nice and patient, while marketing the financing product of a local bank (3.49% APR) is a bit annoying.

Suburban Toyota purchasing experience

I was extremely pleased with the service that Cheryl Noda provided at Suburban Toyota during the purchase of my 2014 Toyota Camry SE. She was professional, knowledgeable, and just a friendly nice person. I test drove 2 vehicles, before settling on the Camry. I traded in one car and left with the Camry all in about 3 hours. It was just a great buying experience. And her Sales Manager, Dennis Barrera, is the ultimate customer service guy. He makes you want to tell others to go buy a car from Suburban Toyota (Troy, MI). Good service

Sales Employee was very helpful and polite. Dealership provided better service and facilities. I personally liked the comfortable and trouble free purchase from Suburban Toyota.
