Last week I bought a Toyota Camry 2012 SE model. It was a great experience with Suburban toyota of troy. Out of several dealers I met Andy proved to be best dealer in the town. I live in Farmington Hills but still got car from Troy because of the prices they offered, customer satisfaction, friendliness. Andy is calm, very hardworking and he will see to it that we can get best deal by applying maximum discounts. I had to wait couple of hours for delivery of car but I would say it was worth it when you get excellent price and great customer care. I will definately return to Suburban Toyota in the future for all my Toyota needs! I highly recommend to meet Andy before finalizing any other toyota deal from other dealers. Great experience.

I visit the dealer to buy a Toyota Camry. Becky Bennett is the sale agent. She is very knowledgeble and helpful, explaining to me the difference of Camry series cars, warranty and the purchasing process patiently. She responds quickly to my concern and gives me the answer I am looking for. I end up with buying a Toyota Camry SE. On the delivery day, she explained in detail the basic feature for operatong the vehicle, maintenence schedule and so forth. It is a very pleasant experience there. When I have some concerns about my new Toyota Camry, I contact her many times. Although it may not be her job, She always answer my email quickly and introduce me to serve dept as quickly as possible. From sale to customer service, She has shown great quality of work. I wasn't looking forward to shopping for a used car,...
I wasn't looking forward to shopping for a used car, primarily because I don't like dealing with the hard sell of car sales and the less than forthright information that sometimes goes along with that. Suburban Toyota Troy and Andy Shayota changed that. Each of the staff I encountered at Suburan Toyota Troy were very friendly and helpful. They allowed space to look and not pressure but were very accomodating when I requested help or information. I worked directly with Andy Shayota. He had a great upbeat personality. He seemed invested in the relationships with his clients. He was friendly and helpful and shared some history of the dealership itself and in doing so made it clear that they value honesty in the sale as their reputation is more important than just the sale of a car. I've given the highest ratings to Andy and the dealership because they made the experience of shopping for a pre-owned vehicle (which I was dreading) a great experience and their pre-owned vehicles were very competitve for other cars in the area. Andy took care of every aspect of the sale with little effort on my part to get things together so that when I came in for the paperwork it was ready and quick with no hassle. Within two weeks, my parents also went to Andy to purchase a new vehicle and were happy with their experience as well.

I went to the dealer based on what was posted on their website. My rep was very helpful, but would not honor what was on the website, which was why I went to the dealership in the first place. The store manager said it was a mistake, and that the warranty was incorrect. I asked what the store could do, and they gave me one extra year of bumper to bumper for an extra thousand dollars. I wasn't impressed. The used 2009 Civic had a carfax, but the dealership had no idea about the actual history of the car; it had no documentation of previous service, and no owner history. I was not impressed with the dealership. I will not go back, nor recommend it.

Andy was the perfect salesman to have for this process!...
Andy was the perfect salesman to have for this process! He was very friendly, was very knowledgeable about Toyota, and you could tell that he wasn't just trying to "make a buck." His heart was invested in making sure we got what we came for, and I truly appreciate that. His hospitality went a very long way, and if I ever have to buy a new car, I want to speak to Andy! He did an excellent job.

Anthony Martin and Dennis Barrera were great! They didn't make me feel pressured into buying a car (like another dealership did). They answered my questions with very direct answers, so I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me or "pull a fast one". They gave me a good price for my trade-in and I believe they gave me a fair price on my 2012 Camry. I will be giving them all of my business (both sales and service) from now on.

we have just gotten home from buying our second sienna.what a great experience! I will write more tomorrow, it's late, but I just wanted to give you a head up tonight. your staff could not have been nicer...from the moment we walked in the door. Kim White was our primary salesman, what a NICE man. couldn't of be more helpful. Dennis Barrera is a gem,extremely helpful...and Ray was a many of many words and explained all the options to safe guard my car...It was truly a terrific experience and now I shall put my head on my pillow and dream about my new car and all the great places it is going to take me. Thank you Sheila Lipschutz( I sure signed that a lot tonight. P.S. Andy didn't sell me our car but he did help our son-in-law who dealt with him he made a point of coming over and introducing himself, very nice!

Met up with Andy Shayota after being referred to by a close friend. He was very helpful and the experience of buying the car was good. Only concern was that I felt that the Price was a bit too high.

Andy offered helpful service while being respectful and...
Andy offered helpful service while being respectful and not pushy. I was never kept waiting very long and was given all the information I needed. I received my car at a fair price without having to do the traditional endless haggling.
