Suburban Toyota helped me out of a horrible sitation. I was involved in a horrific car accident and was completely carless. I was in a panic and had no idea what to do. From the time I stepped foot in the door of Suburban Toyota, to the time I left with my car, I was welcomed with open arms. Anthony Martin helped me out to begin. He was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation. He did not try to push anything on me and offered to help look at all options and find a car within my means. After I found a car I liked, Mike Talampas helped me to finance the car. He was unbelievable. He found me an outstanding price and really cared about my situation and genuinely wanted to help. I cannot tell you how many people in car sales try to take advantage of a person in a panicked situation. He treated me with the utmost respect and I can truly say I will recommend them to any and everyone I come in contact with. If you want excellent customer service and a deal you can get nowhere else, go to Suburban Toyota!

We went to this dealership because we wanted to see the...

We went to this dealership because we wanted to see the 2012 4-Runner they had in their new vehicle inventory. We saw it on their website, but wanted to see it in person. We were pretty sure this was the one we wanted. My husband's 1996 4-Runner was totaled in an accident and he needed a new one. He loved his 4-Runner and wanted another one. We were met outside by Garrett and he immediately showed us the vehicle. It was love at first sight. We went inside and started the purchasing process. We felt very comfortable from the moment we met Garrett. The whole atmosphere of the dealership was very warm and friendly. Garrett even drove us to the bank so we could get a cashiers check for the down payment. I really appreciated it because we had driven from Canton and I was not familiar with the area. We then were introduced to Raymond Borg to finalize the deal and sign all the necessary papers. He was very easy to talk to and explained everything in detail. He made us feel very comfortable. The whole experience of this purchase was the best we have ever had. Never felt intimidated or pressured. We love our new 4-Runner. Thank you again Suburban and especially Garrett and Raymond.

The technicians at this dealership could not figure out...

The technicians at this dealership could not figure out the problem that i took the car in for 3 visits. Each time they claimed it was a different part, ordered it, and then the day they were to install it, suddenly it was a different part. An outside company evaluated the car and could tell me in 5 minutes it was the amp--something it took this dealership hours and days to diagnose Further, since they made me pay for a part they did not put it, they told me they would give me a refund. They then proceeded to ignore all my calls and not call me for 2 weeks even though i left several messages. I finally left a message with the main manager telling him I have put the issue into credit card dispute and suddenly he called back and said the check will be in the mail today. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

My previous lease was ending, and they made it so easy to...

My previous lease was ending, and they made it so easy to transition into a new one. The were helpful in explaining financing to me, as well as various features of the new car. They actually made the buying/leasing experience pleasant! Special thanks to Jay Edwards and Ray Borg. I would heartily recommend this dealership, and these two gentleman, to any other prospective buyer/leasee.

I came to this dealer based on US news recommendation to...

I came to this dealer based on US news recommendation to get fair price for Camry SE. I am a busy professional and I do not have time for the usual dealer games! I send them email to verify the price, and I went with my wife in the evening to test drive the car and sign up on the price that we agreed on. Wow the first time for more than 20 years I buy a new car from the first time without the need to go back and forth. The staff was very professional, straightforward, and honest. I had to change my previous -false- impression that suburban Toyota is princelier than other dealers. Becky was very calm, nice and helpful. Five stars experience. I strongly recommend them.

Do you want to buy a new car? Are you unsure if you...

Do you want to buy a new car? Are you unsure if you should purchase or lease a vehicle? Then go to this dealership and ask for Becky Bennett. I was very leary of how this whold experience would work for me. First off, the dealership is conveniently located in a motor mall. Secondly, all the employees are polite and courtious. Thirdly, the sales consultant I worked with was interested in me as a person. She didn't try and sell me something that "she would like". She listened to what I wanted and didn't want in a new car. AMAZING RIGHT? Becky was even willing to help me locate the car I wanted even if it was not sitting in her lot! I went home after my first visit Suburban Toyota knowing I had made the best decision for my particular wants and needs. I picked up my new car, which by the way was a 2012 Toyota Venza on Sataurday! I love the car, and I love this dealership. No, it was not the dealer I could have gone to just down the road from me, but it will be the dealership that I go to again! Thank you Suburban Toyota, and thank you Becky.

My salesperson went above and beyond to get me the exact Toyota RAV4 that I wanted. Becky even set my phone up for me to the bluetooth in my new car. I will always go to Suburban Toyota because of Jim and the great service department they have. This is my second car from them.

The sales team did an excellent job of showing the cars and explaining the features of the vehicles. They encouraged me to take a test drive and they did not apply any stress or pressure to buy. They were more interested in me being completely comfortable with my purchase than "forcing" me to make an immediate decision to buy

I AM GIVING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I THINK THAT SUBURBAN OF TROY TOYOTA IS A VERY NICE DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR. THE WORKERS THERE ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO AND SEEM TO MAKE EVERYTHING WORK FOR THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE WHEN YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS. YOU CAN REST ASSURED THAT YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY, AS I AM.
