Suburban Toyota of Troy

This is my 2nd lease from this site and I am sure I will return for my 3rd. I like and trust the people I work with here. The buying and regularly scheduled maintenance processes are pretty smooth and convenient.

I would have to start my review with my salesperson Ray Sadler. He was most helpful from the time I first entered the dealership right thru to taking delivery of my Corolla. I also compliment the finance person for getting me approved for a loan quickly even though my credit is less than perfect. My purchase experience was totally wonderful!

Jon is a good salesman, I never felt rushed, pressured or anything. Thanks Jon, glad I left the other dealer and came to suburban. And thanks to Mike Talampas as well, very nice guy.

Had Ray Sadler as my Salesman. He was the man! This was my first car purchase (TRD Off Road Tacoma) and I admit, I was nervous. The whole process ended up going great and I was able to trade my tired old car in and walked out with a brand new truck in an afternoon. Boom. Would definitely buy here again and I absolutely love my new Tacoma. I couldn't be happier.

As a first time Toyota owner I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service offered at the dealership. Leng Huang was very helpful and went all out to make me comfortable and understand the terms. She was great at following up and ensured that the deal was a win-win for all.

Once we came into the dealership, Leng was the first one who saw and introduced herself to us. She took the initiative to greet us and have us as one of her customers. She was very kind and social, I did not feel uncomfortable around her. Leng really tried to best to understand her customers and made sure that we got everything we need. She is a hard worker who makes sure she helps her customers' needs and make sure they are satisfied.

Leng is someone who could get the things done for you. Very genuine, understands the customer needs and gets the best for them. She worked hard and got the things done super quick. When other dealers tried dirty tricks and gave more pressure for Leng by not letting her to get the car, she still went above them and got the things done. Suburban Troy needs many more Leng.
