Really nice Toyota dealership for this area. The staff seems to change like the seasons up in the service lane but they have great Master techs that take good care of my Avalon. Mitchell did great. The only thing that kind of bothered me is there was a service advisor up front, she seemed a little discombobulated, as more overwhelmed and frustrated then eager to offer customer service. Ashley tried to reject my service appt as she stated they were too busy. But mitchell steped up and helped me.out. Merry Christmas.

knowledgeable, professional, and considerate

It was a great pleasure to meet and talk to Demarcalin the other day. He has been extremely nice and helpful with accompanying me throughout my test drive, explaining all the great features of the car, and answering me all my questions. A great guy to do business with!

Great Experience

Ray knew exactly what I needed when I was looking to buy a Highlander. We went through the lot to be certain my new car had everything I wanted - down to the stitching on the seats. Great Experience

The dealership was great. They had a huge selection of Highlanders to choose from. That was the real reason that we selected the dealership. Leng was very prepared and spent alot of time with us. At the end of the day, she and the dealership were prepared to negotiate on price and we were able to make a deal happen. Have only had the Highlander XLE a few days but we love it. Thanks Leng!

never again

Never visit this service department again worst experience ever identify additional repairs needed just started doing them and did not take my time into consideration all I wanted was an oil change 6 hours later I finally was able to leave with my vehicle
