Suburban Toyota, Troy, MI - Service _ maintenance

Suburban Toyota,Troy, MI service department staff are very professional. I service my cars from 1988 onward for regular maintenance,oil changes and any repair. Their service is very excellent. I never had any issue. They are very courteous and friendly. The new facility they moved is very neat and clean.

Excellent Experience

I drove by the Dealership last week and decided to stop in as I was planning on trading in my Toyota next month. A few days later I was driving away with my brand-new Toyota Camry. Everyone was so wonderful. Ray Sadler, my Sales Consultant, couldn't do enough and with Dennis Barrera's (Sales Manager) help I was presented with an offer that just could not be refused. It was the best experience ever in purchasing a new car.

Good Experiene

I had an excellent experience with Ray Sadler, he was very kind and helpful. He give me a great deal and answers all of my questions. The only thing make me uncomfortable was the Manager Scott Tekely. He was very rude and aggressive during negotiation which make me walk away on first day, because I don't want to talk to that guy anymore.

Best Ever Dealer Experience

I came in for an oil change to my Scion xB and left with a new Scion iM. Leng was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns in moving to a different model from Scion. I am still a bit disappointed that the brand will be absorbed into the Toyota line but Leng has made the transition turn into a new, sporty ride for me. I'm loving this car and it's quite a head-turner, too. Thanks Leng! We'll do it again in 36 months I hope.

Efficiency and integrity.

We had an excellent experience with Ray Sadler, he was very helpful, honest and knowlegeable of his product. In the finance department Mr. Mike Talampas explained to us the pros and cons of the financing aspect of the transaction. Kudos to both Ray and Mike, you sealed the deal! Keep doing the right thing, God sent blessings to righteous individual. And for the dealership, the facility is well kept, surrounded by courteous and warm personnel, the hospitality was observed. Looking forward for the service department.

Amazing Experience

I was in the market for my first new car. I recently graduated from college and had no idea where to begin! Leng from Toyota Suburban was a HUGE help! She made me feel so comfortable and confident in the decision making process. I would highly recommend paying her a visit.

Helped a Lot

I was considering selling my Camry to Toyota dealership due to my urgent leaving. I visited several Toyota dealerships around me and Suburban offered me the best price. Leng Huang is very friendly and helpful. She is patient and explained any details that I have questions with. She is also bilingual in Chinese which can help with customers who has difficulty in speaking English. Also I had car maintenance once in Suburban, the service people was also very helpful, they asked my opinion and being very polite. I would definitely recommend others to come to this place.

Amazing experience!

My husband and I walked into Suburban Toyota to check out a Camry and walked out with a brand new 2017 Camry SE. Ray Saddler told us everything we wanted to know and went above and beyond. Just an amazing experience from everyone there. My husband will definitely be returning this fall to get a Toyota Tacoma. I would definitely recommend Suburban Toyota to everyone! They are the friendliest sales people I have ever met!
