Outstanding Customer Service

Customer Service at it's finest. I worked with Lazer Volaj - I worked with him on my last lease and decided to go with him again because of the service he provided the first time around. I was not able to go to the dealer, he drove to my place of work, had me sign all docs, exchanged plates from my old lease to my new lease, and drove my old lease back to dealer. He was absolutely wonderful and look forward to working with him again. I couldn't be more impressed with Lazer and the service he provided. I

waste of time

advertising cars they do not have. Went in to see a car ,they said had been sold 2 hours prior... instead of showing me another car, they said 'thanks for coming in though'. They are not friendly sales people at all do not waste your time.

Good experience

The 2016 Prius was the third car we leased with Eugene, we ended up buying the first and we are considering another one soon. Over my expectations!

I went with my wife to Suburban Toyota Scion in Troy to purchase a Toyota Camry where I met the sale representative Leng. Since then, Ms. Leng was my Angel! She did all what she can do to erase all obstacles and ease the process. Everything gone smooth an finally we get the car that we want. Very positive experience. Amazing to work with

My wife and I are a loyal Toyota family. We went to two other dealers before coming to Suburban Toyota and I can say we won't do that again. I was greeted right away by Andrea Ciavarro. She went above and beyond to take care of deal on 2 vehicles for us. It may have been the smoothest car deal experience I have ever been a part of, and again she took care of two deals that day for us. I would recommend her to everyone, you won't be disappointed.
