Customer Service at it's finest. I worked with Lazer Volaj - I worked with him on my last lease and decided to go with him again because of the service he provided the first time around. I was not able to go to the dealer, he drove to my place of work, had me sign all docs, exchanged plates from my old lease to my new lease, and drove my old lease back to dealer.
