Our experience at Suburban Toyota was great. Leng made the entire process very easy. She was very helpful in making our decision with the Highlander XLE we chose. We went back to the dealership 3 times b/c we were so indecisive, but Leng was very patient with us. Even more so, she was very helpful in getting us to a monthly payment that was even less than we were willing to pay. I can say that Leng provided us with the best, no pressure, but attentive car shopping experience I have ever had. I was already a dedicated customer to the Toyota/Lexus family brand and it's experiences like this one that will keep me as a dedicated customer. We love our Toyota Highlander.

My experience with our salesman George Varughese was very good! George was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our car purchase. We purchased a Toyota Corolla Special Edition and we love it!! It is quite a change from driving a mini-van for the last 22 years! I have not been in a car showroom for a couple decades and wasn't sure what to expect. George put me at ease and made the car buying experience a very positive one! He walked us through how to use the navigation system and other neat features of the car that were all new to us! I even stopped by the dealership a week and a half after purchasing the car to ask George some questions and he took the time to once again answer all of my questions.
