I was given information that helped me understand the Toyota products. The salesman ( Lazer Volaj ) find the SUV equipped just the way I wanted. Then He worked with me on a lease that was within my budget.

Great dealership. Great selection of vehicles and the sales person, Eugene Ilin was the best. He listened to what we wanted and helped us get it done without pressure. We actually came to this dealership because of Eugene. He leased us our last 2 vehicles. He is new to this dealership and so are we. Very happy with experience.

I was hesitated if it better to rent or buy a car. Ms. Leng was very patient in showing all of the options to me, providing each choice's pros and cons, and helping me to find the best for me.

I found out about Kamil from the previous awesome reviews. This was my 4th lease with Toyota and was the smoothest hassle-free deal ever. He was very respectful, no nasty salesman tactics. He quickly met me near my counter-offer and didn't waste my time going back/forth to his manager like other dealers. The deal was nice considering my not-so-great credit score. Stuart also was great. He was transparent and kindly explained how my lease payment was calculated including the residual value and rent charge. Very smooth signing process. Truly respectful and hassle-free. Other dealers would be pushy and try to add-on unnecessary fees/services once in the Finance bunker.

Suburban Toyota at Troy is really great. I am new to the USA and when I spoke to people, they said that generally the car dealers would not provide a good quote for women. I was honestly and truly happy that both Rob and Chris were very honest and helpful in selecting the car and with the quote. Both of them really put away the jinx that car dealers don't provide a good quote for women. Thank you so much guys!
