I went to the dealership to lease a compact vehicle and decided on the Corolla. Leng was the person who showed me the different options and the price range. The transaction with her was smooth and without hassle. Would definitely recommend!

While searching online for a Toyota Tundra I received phone calls and emails from five different Toyota dealers in the metro Detroit area. After speaking with Eugene from Suburban Toyota I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. Eugene came with me during the test drive and was able to answer all my questions about the Tundra. He is an expert with vast technical knowledge about the Tundra and is very professional. After the test drive I negotiated a price and bought the truck. Eugene also helped with programming the Bluetooth, updating the navigation system with new software and installing the tie downs for the bed of the truck. Eugene exceeded my expectations by providing excellent customer service! I would recommend him to my friends and associates who may be in the market for a new vehicle. I verified this when my Salesperson (Kurt Pierce) showed me that the price was the second best out of 82 similar vehicles in a 500 mile radius. Kurt was very informative and easy to work with. I was new to the leasing process and he walked me through every step. Mike Talampas was also very friendly and helpful. He explained all the financial aspects of the lease clearly and concisely, and helped me determine the best personalized payment plan for me.
