Being a Blessing - Going Above and Beyond

On Tuesday, September 24th, 2019, I was in dire straits as it relates to my car. Suburban Ford was truly a God-Sin to me.

Superb Customer Service

Mr. Andrew Perkins was my service advisor there at Suburban Ford. He made sure he stayed on top of things so that our truck could be repaired correctly. Overall, we had a good experience because of him. He is the “Go-To” guy for “superb customer service” Thanks Andrew!!!

Tye is my car guy from now on

You can tell when you have a good and honest salesperson when they make sure to talk about the negative attributes of what they are selling you. Tye never once made me feel like I was pushed into buying anything, instead he made sure I was 100% comfortable with my decision before made a $15,000 purchase. He took the time to understand specifically what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable and understood some of the "risks" that come with buying a used car (in my case it was a minor accident on the carfax report). He never once tried to talk circle or breeze over any of my concerns, he made sure I was comfortable with it and understood every bit of the transaction. He's a real guy who is a great salesperson not because he can sell anything to anyone, but because he cares more about you and your family being happy with your purchase more than he cares about his sales numbers.

Nice people and great service.

My Service Consultant was Blaize Bailey and she is terrific! She kept me informed as I sat in the waiting room and showed me that I needed a new cabin air filter. I completely trusted her and believed she was showing me MY ACTUAL FILTER and not something she picked out of the trash! Blaize was very personable and when I come back in the future, I will be greatly disappointed if she is no longer working there. Give this lady a raise and tell her that Lanny Hardy loves her!!!

Great experience with a caring team!

I visited Suburban Ford looking for my daughters first vehicle. We found a vehicle that we were interested in, but had a couple of unforeseen delays in the process. The team of Tye, Alan, and Kevin were extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. We ended up purchasing a vehicle that was not the original one we had chosen. With the Team’s support and guidance, we feel that we got a vehicle that was even better than the one we had originally chosen at a better price. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. They are honest, fair, and even more importantly caring. The experience was great learning lesson for my 17 year old daughter in terms of patience and due diligence. Good things come to those who wait in this current state of instant gratification. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes GLK250 last week. Blaize Bailey

When my truck needed an repair, Blaize Bailey went above and beyond. I told her the problem my truck was experiencing and she took care of me right away, got to know my on a personal level, and found ways to help me save on the cost of repairs. She interacted with me as if I had known her for a while rather than meeting me for the first time. When the problem with my truck was identified, she kept the hard work going by finding ways to reduce my overall cost for the repair. I am grateful for all she did for me and would recommend her to anyone who takes their car to Suburban Ford of Ferndale. Thank you so much!!
