Customer Service was horrible!

Michael and Kristin and the lady who I dealt with to receive the loaner were great towards me. But there were a couple of men whose name I don't know were very unpleasant and unprofessional over the phone and in person and the treament they gave me was so horrible, that it makes me feel like I never want to come back. One was very rude over the phone and it was one that I kept asking the same question about 5 times face to face and he never responded to me. But Michael, Kristin, and that lady was AWESOME to me.

Great deal and experience with used car purchase.

I purchased a used vehicle from Suburban Ford of Ferndale and got a good price and an excellent buying experience. Brad and Jeff were very helpful and worked with me to make sure everything was right. I'll be sure to take a look at what Suburban has the next time I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Follow through needed

Just before Christmas, I had my car in to repair wiring to the throttle. I got the car back with a headlight that wouldn't work. Coincidence? I had a friend try to replace the bulb (a mechanic) and turns out something was wrong with the wiring. I took it back to the dealer - they had me there for 4 hours while they also tried a new bulb. They informed me that I would have to make an appt and have the 'electrician' look at it. I called and made the appt. I dropped the car off at 8 a.m. making sure to tell them I needed it back by the end of the day - this was discussed with the appt maker and the counter person. At 5pm, they had still not even looked at my car. I won't go back. The guy on the phone told me, 'All the plants are off and their employees are bringing in their cars because they are off, so we have a back log'. Not my problem. If this excuse is true - then they shouldn't have made the appt in the first place or not agreed to have it done that day.

Amazing Service

I called and spoke with Service Advisor Blaize Bailey at the service center and discussed how I had a bubble in my tire possibly from hitting a pot hole which is a weak spot in the tire that can actually be dangerous to drive with. It was 5pm when I called in was able to look in the system and confirm a tire was in stock. Once I arrived at 6:30pm I received prompt and friendly service by all of the advisors and staff. Blaize provided great customer service and Dave Duquet helped with keeping my two-year old occupied. The professional and friendly staff at Suburban Ford of Ferndale had me in and out within a half hour to drive home with a new and safe tire. Thank you so much! I could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend!

Service

Terrible! On a Saturday close to closing. Grease on dash board,engine air filter box cover not close properly. Water could have enter engine. Wiring harnesses not secured to filter air box.
